REGISTERED NURSE
JOB TITLE: RN (WARD)
WORKPLACE: Mogalakwena Private Hospital (Mokopane)
POSITION TYPE: Permanent
Purpose: To deliver high quality, standardized patient care in accordance with the professional scope of nursing practice. Ensuring patient safety and care.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and prompt implementation of all instructions given.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, promptly reporting concerns and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate recording and accountability of all medication, consumables, and equipment administered to patients.
- Maintain punctuality, meet deadlines, and demonstrate accountability in fulfilling all job responsibilities.
- Minimize waste and promote responsible use of hospital resources, including stock, consumables, and supplies.
- Meet the needs of patients, doctors, and stakeholders while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- Relevant SANC certification
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years multi-disciplinary experience within different wards in a private hospital
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work sensitively with people of different backgrounds.
- Strong patient centered approach with a caring attitude.
- Has a solid and clear understanding for patient confidentiality.
